David Ray, DC, FNP-C graduated with his Master's of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2014. He graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas in 2008. His Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree is from Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.
Dr. Ray resides in Grants Pass with his wife and children. He loves the outdoors and spends his weekends enjoying all that southern Oregon has to offer with his family.

Michelle Kitchen, FNP-C recently completed her education with honors from Chamberlain University Chicago, Illinois. Michelle is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners for Family Nurse Practitioner. Michelle is a member of the international nursing honors society Sigma Theta Tau. Michelle has lived in southern Oregon since 2020 and enjoys hiking, gardening, and ocean visits. She is passionate about collaborating with her patients in their health journey and believes the partnership between patient and provider is essential in optimizing health. Her clinical interests are women’s health, cardiovascular, and evidence-based primary care.
